1. Agreement To These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of:

• The StyleGaze AI websites (including stylegaze.ai and related domains), and
• Any applications, tools, or services we provide (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

"StyleGaze AI", "StyleGaze", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the provider of the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

4. Your Content and AI Outputs

4.1 User Content

You may provide content to the Service ("User Content"), including:

• Text prompts, queries, and messages
• Files or other materials you upload (where supported)
• Feedback, comments, or ratings

You retain any rights you hold in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant StyleGaze a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to:

• Use, reproduce, display, adapt, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Service
• Process your User Content to generate AI-based outputs
• Analyse User Content and associated usage patterns for research, analytics, and product development

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

4.2 AI-Generated Outputs

The Service may generate text or other outputs based on your inputs ("AI Outputs").

Subject to these Terms and any specific feature-level terms, we grant you a limited right to use AI Outputs generated for you for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You understand and agree that:

• AI Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate, and should not be treated as professional advice or as factually verified information.
• You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating AI Outputs before relying on them.
• We may use AI Outputs (combined with or linked to User Content) to improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We retain all rights in and to the Service, underlying models, prompts, algorithms, and infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, and other content provided by StyleGaze ("StyleGaze Content"), is owned by or licensed to StyleGaze and protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service or StyleGaze Content
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

All trademarks, logos, and brand elements related to StyleGaze are the property of StyleGaze or its licensors.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, or content that are not owned or controlled by StyleGaze. We do not endorse and are not responsible for:

• The content, policies, or practices of third-party services; or
• Any damages or losses arising from your use of such third parties.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The Service and any AI Outputs are provided for informational and experimental purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (including but not limited to legal, financial, medical, or design advice).

You should not rely solely on AI Outputs to make significant decisions and should seek professional advice where appropriate.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.
• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information or AI Outputs provided through the Service.
• We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• StyleGaze and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
• In no event will our total liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid to us (if any) for access to the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or
• A reasonable nominal amount.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StyleGaze and its directors, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service;
• Your User Content;
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; or
• Any infringement or alleged infringement of third-party rights by you.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or any part of it, at any time, with or without notice, if:

• We suspect abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behaviour; or
• We decide to discontinue the Service (in whole or in part).
